Patients belonging to a medical aid scheme are required to provide medical aid details before the appointment so that we can provide some guidance on the treatment your particular plan may or may not cover. We maintain transparency in billing and will always inform you of any amount which may need to be settled before the treatment commences.

We operate on a fee for service basis for private patients not belonging to a medical aid scheme. Payment is required directly after the treatment is performed. Card facilities are available and cash is accepted. 

Procedures involving external dental laboratory work may require a deposit where necessary.
